Result-driven core training in Sydney's Inner West
We offer gimmick-free group and personal training designed to improve mobility, strength, flexibility and balance. Our system embraces elements of Pilates, Yoga, and slow-form martial arts to provide a comprehensive low-impact workout. We focus heavily on abdominal strength, gluteal activation, breath control and spinal flexibility (within sensible ranges of motion). Our clients report greater day to day strength, improved flexibility and ability to perform previously painful tasks, relief from lower back twinges and more. All ages and levels of fitness are most welcome, and catered to appropriately.
We currently have group classes running in Annandale and Leichhardt. Please ensure you book before attending a new class. Small group and personal training are available in the inner west region. All classes taught by a fully qualified, Fitness Australia registered personal trainer.
